About ScreenRoll
ScreenRoll is a Chrome screen recording product used to capture demos, bug reports, tutorials, and workflow documentation. The core experience is local-first: users can record tab, window, or full screen with audio, and recordings are stored on the user's device by default.
Google Sign-In is used to provide account-based features and authenticated extension-to-web flows. It is not required for basic local recording functionality.
